Over the past 2 weeks I put in a bunch of research time on a comedy/history project about Crispus Attucks, his role in the Boston Massacre, and the monument erected to him in Boston in 1888. The immediate project I had in mind kind of went nowhere in itself but I spent so much time with the material that I ended up expanding my view of what it could be in the end, so I'm still working on it and will take my time with it and put it out when I feel it's there...which may be a while down the line, but it's coming and I'm excited about that.
In the meantime here's a helpful (at least to me) chart I made to help track Attuck's evolving legacy over time with different groups in America.
